The Detroit Pistons delivered a dominant performance, overwhelming the New York Knicks, 121-90, in a matchup that carried potential Eastern Conference Finals implications on Tuesday morning (PH time) at Little Caesars Arena.
Detroit blew the game open with an explosive third quarter, stretching a slim margin into a 20-point lead, 89-69, entering the fourth. The Pistons never looked back, maintaining full control and pushing the advantage to as many as 29 in the final frame.
Cade Cunningham led the way with 29 points and 13 assists, orchestrating Detroit’s offense from start to finish. Jaden Ivey added 16 points, while three other Pistons also scored in double figures in a balanced attack.

With the win, Detroit improved to 27-9 and further cemented its hold on the top spot in the Eastern Conference. The Pistons will look to extend their winning streak to three games when they host the Chicago Bulls on Thursday.
