The NBA has officially announced the 2026 All-Star World Team alongside the league’s 24-man All-Star roster, revealing an elite eight-player lineup headlined by some of the game’s biggest international stars.
The World Team features Luka Dončić, Nikola Jokić, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Victor Wembanyama, Jamal Murray, Deni Avdija, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and Pascal Siakam, forming one of the most talent-rich groups ever assembled for the event.

With Jokić, Wembanyama, Antetokounmpo, and Siakam anchoring the frontcourt and Dončić and Gilgeous-Alexander leading the backcourt, Team World boasts a formidable balance of size, skill, and playmaking. Murray and Avdija round out the roster, providing scoring depth and versatility.
This year’s All-Star Game introduces a revamped Team USA vs. Team World format. Two Team USA squads and one World Team will compete in a round-robin tournament, with the top two teams advancing to the championship game. If all three teams finish with identical records, final standings will be determined by net point differential.
However, uncertainty surrounds Team World as Antetokounmpo remains sidelined with a calf injury, making his availability for the All-Star Game doubtful. Should he be ruled out, eligible replacements include Norman Powell (Jamaican citizenship) and Karl-Anthony Towns (Dominican Republic), which would also open an additional roster spot for Team USA.
