The Houston Rockets finally snapped their two-game losing skid, recording a thrilling 112-106 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Sunday (PH time) at Paycom Center. The Rockets held off a furious fourth-quarter rally from the Thunder to claim the victory and improve their record to 32-19.
Tari Eason led the way for Houston with 26 points, 8 rebounds, and three steals. He shot 10-for-22 from the field, including 5-of-13 from the 3-point area.

The Rockets looked in complete control of the contest when Alperen Sengun drilled a 3-pointer with 10:19 seconds left in the fourth quarter to give Houston an 88-79 lead.
The Thunder quickly responded, though, unleashing a 12-3 run to tie the game at 91-91 with 7:02 remaining.
The game remained tight until the final two minutes, when the Rockets made clutch plays down the stretch to claim their 15th away win of the season.
Eason and Kevin Durant helped seal the win for Houston, scoring consecutive baskets in a 32-second span to give the Rockets a 107-101 lead with 1:04 left in the fourth quarter.

The Thunder have now lost back-to-back games since Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was sidelined with an abdominal strain. The reigning NBA MVP will be reevaluated after the All-Star break.
Cason Wallace scored a team-high 23 points for the Thunder, who fell to 40-13 following the home defeat.
