Verzosa, a philanthropist and former Manila mayoral candidate, now joins forces with founder Burn Soriano, who takes the role of chairman, while actor Rocco Nacino remains the chief executive officer.
The trio aims to strengthen the group’s position in the rapidly growing Philippine MMA scene.
Verzosa made his first appearance as president during ZFL 3: Domination on January 31 at SM North Sky Dome, sitting cageside alongside Soriano.

His arrival comes at a crucial time as the company continues to grow into a serious challenger to URCC and Ferdie Munsayac’s Underground Battle MMA.
Under its banner, several prospects have already reached international competition, including McLeary Ornido, Marwin Quirante, Jayson Miralpez, and Hero Manguray.

Beyond combat sports, Verzosa is widely known as co-founder and CEO of Frontrow International, as well as the president of Modena Motorsports, the official Maserati distributor in the Philippines.
He also served in the 19th Congress as Tutok To Win Party-List representative and finished third in the 2025 Manila mayoral race.
