Filipino Pro-Wrestling (FPW) is set for a busy stretch heading into the second quarter of 2026 after announcing two upcoming shows.
During the first 2026 taping of "Astig" on Sunday, March 8, at Baked Studios in Makati City, FPW president Red Ollero revealed that the local independent promotion will stage events in April and May.
The first show, titled “Pagsubok sa QC,” is scheduled for April 12. It will take place at FPW’s Secret Base in Quezon City, which also serves as the group’s training facility.
Another event is slated for May 17. The organization described it as a premium live show, though further details, including the venue and match lineup, will be announced in the coming weeks.
The announcement comes shortly after a major development in the company’s championship scene. At the recent taping, it was revealed that Kushida, known globally for his run in WWE and New Japan Pro-Wrestling, captured the FPW Championship from Quatro in a winner-takes-all match.
In this encounter, the Japanese veteran also placed his Major League Wrestling World Middleweight Title. FPW confirmed that the full match will soon be uploaded on its official social media platforms, allowing fans who were unable to attend the taping to watch the bout.
