Anthony Edwards will not start for the Minnesota Timberwolves in Game 1 of their Western Conference Semifinals with the San Antonio Spurs on Tuesday (PH time) at Frost Bank Center, but he is available to come off the bench in the series opener.

The Timberwolves announced their starting lineup against Spurs, with head coach Chris Finch going with Mike Conley, Terrence Shannon Jr., Jaden McDaniels, Julius Randle, and Rudy Gobert.

Edwards injured his knee in the first-round series against Denver and was expected to miss the first two games of the West semis. He has made an immediate return, though, providing a major boost to Minnesota.
