The San Antonio Spurs fell 114–109 to the Minnesota Timberwolves, but rookie Dylan Harper stood out with a composed and efficient performance on the road.

Harper provided steady offense throughout the game, repeatedly scoring to keep San Antonio within striking distance as Minnesota threatened to pull away. His shot selection and efficiency helped stabilize the Spurs whenever momentum shifted.

In the final minutes, Harper made a crucial defensive play, coming up with a clutch steal that cut the deficit to three and briefly reignited hopes of a comeback. Despite that late push, the Spurs were unable to complete the rally.

He finished with 24 points on 8-of-11 shooting, including a perfect 1-of-1 from three and 7-of-7 from the free-throw line, along with 7 rebounds, 1 assist, and 3 steals in 27:04 of playing time.

hot commentThe steal at the last moment was amazing. Given more time and opportunities, he will perform better.
