The Cleveland Cavaliers remained in complete control of Game 7, building a 99-73 lead after the third quarter of their winner-take-all clash against the Detroit Pistons on Monday (PH time) at Little Caesars Arena.
Donovan Mitchell starred for Cleveland, recording 26 points, 7 assists, and 5 rebounds. Jarrett Allen added 23 points and 7 rebounds, while Sam Merrill delivered off the bench with 20 points.
The winner of this contest will face New York in the East Finals.
