The San Antonio Spurs and the Oklahoma City Thunder ended the first quarter all tied at 27-27 after an action-packed start to Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals on Tuesday (PH time) at Paycom Center.
The Spurs got off to a terrific start, building a 7-0 lead. They stretched their advantage to nine points at 12-3 before OKC launched a furious fightback, unleashing a 15-5 run to grab the lead for the first time.
Stephon Castle led San Antonio in scoring with 11 points. Jalen Williams and Alex Caruso paced OKC with 10 markers apiece.
