The Oklahoma City Thunder entered the halftime break with a 62-51 lead over the San Antonio Spurs in Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals on Thursday (PH time) at Paycom Center.
The Thunder used a second-quarter surge to build a double-digit edge at the half, outscoring the Spurs 31-20 during that period.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the way for OKC, scoring 15 points and issuing 5 assists. Cason Wallace provided much-needed scoring off the bench with 9 points.
Stephon Castle powered the Spurs' offense with a team-high 16 points, including a jaw-dropping dunk in the second quarter.
The Spurs currently lead the best-of-7 series 1-0.
