The New York Knicks continued their dominance over the Cleveland Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference Finals, building a 37-27 lead after the first quarter of Game 3 on Sunday (PH time) at Rocket Arena.

Karl-Anthony Towns led the way for the Knicks, scoring 11 points. New York shot 72% from the field as they started strongly against Cleveland.

Donovan Mitchell paced the Cavs' offense with 7 points.

The Knicks lead the best-of-7 series 2-0.
