Alex Eala and Victoria Mboko will join forces on Wednesday as they begin their campaign in the women’s doubles event of the 2026 French Open.

 

Eala and Mboko will face Leylah Fernandez and Diana Shnaider in the opening round on Court 10, with their showdown projected to take place at around 8:30 pm (PH time).

 

Eala will look to bounce back after she suffered a disappointing first-round loss to Iva Jovic in the women's singles event at Roland Garros last Tuesday.

 

This will be the first time that Eala and Mboko will team up for doubles. Eala reached the second round of last year's French Open doubles alongside Renata Zarazua.
