The New York Knicks suffered a major blow ahead of their return to the NBA Finals after Mitchell Robinson fractured his right pinky finger.
 
Basketball insider Shams Charania delivered the news on his X account, writing: New York Knicks center Mitchell Robinson has suffered a broken right pinky finger and there is no timetable on his return.
 
Robinson is in a race against time to be fit for the NBA Finals as the championship series will start on Thursday, June 4 (PH time). 
 
He has been a vital cog for the Knicks this postseason, averaging 5.3 points and 5.5 rebounds through 13 playoff games.
