The San Antonio Spurs entered the halftime break with a 56-53 lead over the Oklahoma City Thunder in Game 7 of the Western Conference Finals on Sunday (PH time) at Paycom Center.
The Spurs started off strongly, building a 32-25 lead after the first quarter. The Thunder immediately responded, though, unleashing a 28-17 run to start the second quarter to grab a 4-point lead with 1:17 left.
The Spurs finished the half strong, though, recording a 7-0 run to grab a 3-point lead at the break.
Stephon Castle led the Spurs in scoring with 12 points. Victor Wembanyama and De'Aaron Fox also contributed with 10 points apiece.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander powered OKC's offense, dropping 19 points on 8-for-11 shooting.
