The San Antonio Spurs recorded a massive second-half comeback against the Portland Trail Blazers for the second straight time on the road, producing a stunning 114-93 win in Game 4 to grab a 3-1 lead in their best-of-seven series in the first round of the 2026 Western Conference Playoffs on Monday (PH time) at Moda Center.
Victor Wembanyama returned to the starting lineup after missing Game 3 due to concussion, scoring 27 points, grabbing 11 rebounds, and issuing 3 assists. He made his presence felt on the defensive end, racking up 7 blocks and 4 steals in 34 minutes of action.

Things looked bleak for the Spurs, though, in the early going as they trailed the Blazers by 17 points at the half. San Antonio launched a furious fightback in the third quarter, outscoring Portland 33-16 to tie the game at 74-74 entering the final period.
The Spurs continued to pile on the pressure in the fourth quarter, outscoring the Blazers 40-19 to grab the come-from-behind win and move to within a victory of reaching the Western Conference Semifinals for the first time in 10 years.

De'Aaron Fox led the Spurs' offense with 28 points. He also had 7 assists and 6 rebounds in 39 minutes.
Deni Avdija scored 26 points in a losing effort for the Trail Blazers, who will need to win three straight games against the Spurs to reach the second round of the playoffs.
